10:12 utilizes our neighborhood teens to help run the youth league. This paid job training opportunity not only promotes job readiness but also engages the teens through mentoring and leadership development. Our training is broken down into the following two facets:

Weekly sessions comprised of community beautification and workforce skills classroom training.

A cohort of H.S. graduates being trained to transition and succeed in the career and trades field of work.
